Disgusted in psira and the employees
I am highly disappointed in psira I helped my client register for psira for his security business and it took psira 9 months to approve my client. We got approved the 10th July 2026 and 15 days late we get hit with an invoice for over R6000. When I try and reach the person who sent us this invoice she is always unavailable and we must email her . We have done that and no response. There service is pathetic and not up to standard. You can not bill a company if they have not been operational. They are lazy and very unprofessional in my option

20 Aug 2026, 12:18Psira is a bunch of ****mers. I have a client I am assisting since 26 August 2025 when he paid the amount of R8500 to register his company then on the 3rd of March 2026 he had to pay an extra R1600 for a re assessment on his property. He got approved on the 10th of July 2026 with his certificate from Psira 15 days later he got an invoice of Almost R6500 he has to now pay annual fees. My client and I have done all our research on this and according to rules and regulations this is incorrect. My client and I have emailed them and have called them and they are insisting on us paying this annual fee. Now in another 7 months we have to pay again a substantial amount. This company is a bunch of ****mers
