Disappointed with Psira in Durban branch!

Very dissapointed with the online booking for the Officer ID. I have been trying to apply for the card online but all dates are frozen on the system. Well on Monday i decided to go to the Durban Branch to query, i was then told to set an alarm for 12am midnight which i did because the dates only open during this time. I did not however get the dates because they are frozen on the system or can't click on them. Also the #Covid19 is not going anywhere soon why Psira making people book online when their system can't be accessible? People wear mask, government offices have sanitizers on site, namely post offices, local clinics, etc. We can't get jobs now since we dont have Psira cards! Can the relevant people please assist!!
