calls getting cut and Psira is in progress since October 2020 what happened to 6 weeks

My Psira registration for individual has been in progress for a long time and now I called to find out why and 2 Agents kept on saying they referring me to registrations but Instead they transferring me back to the line and 4 times I called my calls are getting cut when I've been holding from being number 8 on the list and I get to number one and it gets cut when I'm supposed to be talking to someone ,so how else must I get answers
