I wrote a review a month ago and I never got a response and Ali Malesa in the complains department was so confident that after they had a meeting regarding my issue I will be proven wrong until today after a month and 2 days he is mute not even responding to my email. The sadness part about the whole thing is even people who are made managers do not want to own up to their faults.

So many people are being ****** by big companies like psira how sad. I will not leave this matter until I get refunded.
