Booking problem

I made booking for psira online but was not successful at first in submission because of incomplete documents as they said, now I have the complete document after 1 month but the website is saying (Error) You can not make a new booking until and unless your earlier booking request is closed, take note that I can't visit the office without another booking confirmation , what do I do, please assist
