Bad service

I’m very disappointed with Psira since yesterday morning I’ve been trying to get ahold of them until I did this morning then I got the coldest response and I tried asking more questions before I could the call was dropped on me now I get that we all have our days but being this rude is not on! This incident happened in the Durban branch
