Bad service

I've been struggling to get my son's registration done, after I told several people several times my son had an. Operation done on his finger, hence his fingerprints will not be clear. He even submit a afadavit and letter from the hospital, but yet no one is able or wanting to assist in getting his registration through. Everytime I call I get the worse arrogant service

I have spoken to Maxie 2 weeks ago who promised she will get tbis sorted and I should follow up with her after a week, I tried to follow up, but she is not answering my calls nor responding to my emails.
