Bad customer service and bribe

I have received bad customer service at psira branch located in Pretoria cbd they are bribing the quemarshall and those sisters working on the inside while we are waiting on the line there are some people who just pass and get their service done while we are waiting on the line and we waited since 11:00 and our appointment were on 12:00 to 02:00 but we ended up not getting service because at 2:30 they started telling us about service in which their service was fine but then they kept on saying that instead they were already preparing to leave and we waited up until 4 when they closed they gave us our id's back and told us to re book o they know that we come with money on cbd and there are some people who comes far in order to get service but they disappoint us when they see money and the quemarshall is a white guy with body build is the one who is being bribed can you please do something we can't stand it we need help.
