Marcus from Private Marketing Solutions contacted me to offer marketing services for a property I'm selling. However, after making the payment, the services were not provided and Marcus did not respond to messages following up or a request for a refund. I have reported the matter to my bank, SAPS and to the bank provided for the payment.
