**** Alert - Private Marketing Solutions
A person called Marcus calls you when you list a property on Private Property or Property 24. Then promises to list your property on other 6 other platforms. He is very persistent and although I phoned his references, which all vouched for the service - I wonder is this is not part of a bigger ****. Be very aware of services like this - sounding to good to be true - so it is to good to be true

Private Marketing Solutions
Marcus from Private Marketing Solutions contacted me to offer marketing services for a property I'm selling. However, after making the payment, the services were not provided and Marcus did not respond to messages following up or a request for a refund. I have reported the matter to my bank, SAPS and to the bank provided for the payment.
