Prismarax – Order Never Received & Refund Still Outstanding I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Prismarax.

I placed and paid for my order on 28 October 2025, order number 233RUIM3233, and paid R446.90. To date, I have never received my order, and I have also not received my refund.

Despite trying to get this matter resolved, I have been given excuses and information that has not resulted in my order being delivered or my money being returned. The lack of proper communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating.

What makes this even worse is that there is no telephone number available to contact the company directly, leaving customers with very limited options when trying to resolve an issue.

It has now been an unacceptable amount of time since I paid for this order. A company should not take a customer's hard-earned money and then fail to deliver the goods or provide a refund.

I am requesting that Prismarax urgently resolve this matter and issue my outstanding refund of R446.90 in full.
