Prismarax – Order Never Received & Refund Still Outstanding
Prismarax – Order Never Received & Refund Still Outstanding I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Prismarax. I placed and paid for my order on 28 October 2025, order number 233RUIM3233, and paid R446.90. To date, I have never received my order, and I have also not received my refund. Despite trying to get this matter resolved, I have been given excuses and information that has not resulted in my order being delivered or my money being returned. The lack of proper communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating. What makes this even worse is that there is no telephone number available to contact the company directly, leaving customers with very limited options when trying to resolve an issue. It has now been an unacceptable amount of time since I paid for this order. A company should not take a customer's hard-earned money and then fail to deliver the goods or provide a refund. I am requesting that Prismarax urgently resolve this matter and issue my outstanding refund of R446.90 in full. Order number: 233RUIM3233 Purchase date: 28 October 2025 Amount paid: R446.90 Issue: Order not received and refund not received I would strongly urge other customers to be extremely cautious when purchasing from this company until these issues are properly addressed.

These people are ****mers. They keep on asking you to be patient, but after 58 days in transit I have given up. Don't try to buy GLP-1 from this company, you will not receive it, use the money to go to a doctor and get something else for weight loss.

In my experience, Prismarax GLP-1 is not SAHPRA-approved as claimed. The “refund guarantee” is not honoured, and the product is not made in SA — the customer service number is foreign. I lost R1000 that I desperately needed for epilepsy medication, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same. Please be cautious.

In my experience, Prismarax GLP-1 is not SAHPRA-approved as claimed. The “refund guarantee” is not honoured, and the product is not made in SA — the customer service number is foreign. I lost R1000 that I desperately needed for epilepsy medication, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same. Please be cautious.
