Unacceptable behaviour by Prince Mshiyeni (Gateway Clinic) doctor.

Very bad service. I arrived at the Gateway Clinic inside the Hospital, my son has eye problems so we were told by the hospital to get a referral letter from that clinic. We arrived at the clinic in the morning. We finally joined the line to the DR. When it was our turn to see the doctor at around 4pm, the doctor packed his bag and left the consultant room without informing the patients (about 8 outpatients)that were already in the line for consultation. We were left unattended and we arrived in the morning till it was our turn to join the line to doctors consultation. This was so unprofessional and very bad. Such an act by the profession doctor is unacceptable, looking down upon the poor public. This is in the breach of the rights of the patients. 😏😏😏👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
