Worst Service

We had the worst service at Primi Piatti Canal walk. It took 15 minutes for us to be attended by a waiter. We asked for our food to be warmed and we waited over 30 minutes until I had to go to the waiter to ask what was taking too long. I was shocked that he had forgotten about me and busy with other customers. I asked him why it was taking over 30 minutes just to warm my pasta. He said he was busy with other orders and never apologized for the inconvenience he had caused. The waiter's name is Stuart and The manager in charge was Nomsa the incident took place at 3pm on Sunday 13/05/2018. The manager came and confirmed to me that warming food can take over half an hour and she never apologized for the inconvenience. Primi Piatti Canal walk has the worst service ever and the waiter(Stuart) and manager (Nomsa) are so ********, arrogant and rude. I will never go back to that Primi Piatti again
