Worst Burger and service ever

<p>The most appalling burgers ever, very soggy, the cabbage that was put on the burgers ...spoiled the entire burgers taste. The sauce on the burgers was very bland and had no taste at all. The Zuchinni chips that I ordered was so full of oil and dough, really did not leave a great taste in my mouth. The Burgers were the Primi burger for R 89 and I must say for the price we paid, I really expected more.<br />Very disappointing. Also the service was just as disappointing, first we get served ice cold coffee, the waitress was so very scarce we would have to call her to take a order and to complain. When we left after we did complain the manger, the barista gave us a dirty look. Really unprofessional. The manager also said there is nothing he can do as Primi is a franchise and they have to follow head office's order and recipes. Really disappointing, not even a apology. This was at the brookes hill branch in PE.</p>
