Where is the correct food?

Yesterday my sister and I went for lunch at Primi at Canal Walk. We both ordered exactly the same, beef burger lettuce wrap with zucchini fries and additional blue cheese topping.
When the food came we found the following:
1. No lettuce wrap, just chopped up lettuce under the burger
2. The zucchini fries were so soggy from oil we couldn't eat them, I asked if this is the only way they are done, I was told yes. Surely you don't expect them to be covered in batter and soaked in oil? If this is the healthy alternative offered then I'm not sure what the unhealthy alternative is.
If we'd known this we would've ordered the side salad instead.
The food was also served on a open serviette on a board, I had to transfer it to my side plate as the serviette was wet and soaked through.
All we ended up eating was the burger itself, R166.00 (excluding the R15 tip) just for two burger patties, ridiculous!
Perhaps you should advertise correctly, soggy, oil soaked zucchini fries with chopped lettuce burger. Yuck!
