Very frustrating 89th Birthday at Primi Piatti

On the 2/05/15 I phoned Primi Piatti, Willowbridge and made a booking for 15 people for 12h30 for Mothers Day. I explained that it was a special day as my mothers turns 89 on this day and our family are coming from far a field to be together this day...<br> All confirmed. Then on Tuesday the 5/05/15 I personally went to them to confirm the booking.<br> On Saturday the 9/05/2015 I phoned and spoke to Amanda to confirm my booking.<br> We were all excited to have a family get together with my mom, which may be the last time. I chose Primi Piatti believing it will the perfect venue! But greatly mistaken!!<br> <br> The meal and time at Primi Piatti turned out to be very frustrating and annoying.<br> We arrived 10 minutes early but no table set. We had to wait till 12h45 before we could sit at the table. The service was shocking
