Unsatisfied customers!!!

So we took my sister out for super for her birthday and it was a disappointment. Firstly the food was terrible. We chose Primi for a reason and we weren't happy at all. We then spoke to the waitress and she got us a manager. The manager then offered to bring us new plates. To our surprise the food was just reheated,same order.

Upset doesn't even explain it. The manager in charge of all of this was Yvonne. Disappointment! Birthday girl was more than the word ??
