Total Bad Service

First time we ate at Primi Canal Walk. The bread we got was heavy and not baked through. The sides soggy and slightly raw. Think one of the manager's came over and said: it's only the sides that soggy and do you want other bread, as if out complaints wasn't important. The plate was broken and the waitress wasn't very helpful either.
