The pavement outside is a better option than this unsavoury hellhole of a eating place. Can't call it a restaurant as that insults the concept

If you have the option to lick the sidewalk outside this restaurant, DON'T! The food is better inside, BUT ONLY SLIGHTLY Primi PIATTI used to offer a hip environment to enjoy food of consistently adequate quality. Sadly this is no longer the case.....their halcyon days have passed. Decisively!

Food is now of poor, inconsistent quality. While the Recco based dishes used to be great, they now taste as if made from a can! The seared fillet is of sub-mediocre quality. Pizzas are OK-ish....rather get Colcacchios!

Service is slow and poor

Management, both instore and at franchise mangement level doesn't atcually care about rectifying any grievances.....I base this on at least 5 interactions with store and/or franchise managers. They do not follow through on promises of restitution when dishes are served cold or incorrect orders are completed.

AVOID THIS HOLE!!!! Rather try Nandos next door or Simply Asia a few metres away
