Terrible service

We went there yesterday My friends ordered drinks of which two were alcoholic - it took 20 minutes to make sure that we are over 18 (bare in mind, I went on two occasions previously where only ONE PERSON was of legal age yet majority of the table were having drinks) - where was protocol there? I completely understand that you’ve gotta confirm but 20 minutes to do so? Also, allowing underage drinking previously and now, when legal, it’s of an inconvenience? The wait for our meals was 50minutes - according to the manager, it’s normal? Food arrived 10 minutes after that? So an hour later we finally got to eat. I completely lost my appetite by then!
