Terrible service and Serving of sour cream

I used to enjoy going to Primi at the Waterfront until Friday 26th February 2016. After a lovely evening with friends we decided to stop and have our favorite dessert, chocolate brownie. Firstly the waitress had such a bad attitude and seemed moody and frustrated with us. We asked her questions about other desserts and she shrugged her shoulders and gave a \i dont know and i dont care\" kind of response. We just went on and ordered a sundae and chocolate brownie. When we got the brownie with cream and icecream we tasted that the cream had a sour taste. We called the waitress and she took it to the manager. When the manager (Hassan) came he said that someone else and him tasted the cream and that it was not sour. Coming from the food industry I know what sour cream tastes like, and I knew it was sour, and so did my friend who was with me, who is a baker. I am not one to complain, but the service I received was appalling, and our whole evening was dampened. Worst of all the manager did not even care that his customers were unhappy. We put the cream aside and ate the brownie. Ive never left any restaurant feeling so disgusted. I dont think I will ever go back to Primi V&A again. "
