Terrible breakfast experience

On our way to the Rugby Sevens, we decided to go to Primi for breakfast on Saturday morning. I have been a supporter of the Primi chain for some time, have had dinner at this same restaurant previously, and was expecting what I know of the chain. However I was soon to be very disappointed. We ordered one cappuccino, 2 coffees, and one tea. After 30 minutes the cappuccino was delivered but no other drinks - which should have been the faster options. I immediately went to find the waiter who was just standing around (the place was not busy) and he said he would get on it. We waited another 10 minutes without luck. Eventually our food arrived, and straight behind it the other drinks. We ordered one sweet french toast with bacon and banana, one savoury french toast with bacon, and 2 breakfast runs. The food was all cold. the savoury french toast had no pecorino cheese but did have syrup (with no sugar sprinkling thank goodness). To top it off, the 2 coffees were ice cold, and the tea was brought without milk. My friend found a mushroom on his breakfast run (um no, not included...imagine he were allergic?). Just awful all round.
