Teach your staff to handle complaints

We went to primo in George and although our waiter was wonderfully attentive, the lamb chops were really bad. They were incredibly tough. We pointed this out to our waiter who said he would inform the manager. The manager approached is with thumbs up and came asking us if the food was okay. We pointed out the chops were tough. He made no other comment than to say he will tell the chef. That was the beginning and end of it. It is clear that the staff have not been trained to handle complaints.
