Rotten Food at Primi Rosebank

<p>My partner and I ordered lamb chops from Primi Rosebank on Thursday the 2nd of March 2017. We were assisted by a waitor named Leon. Upon receiving our order, we noticed that the meat had a percu**** smell. We went ahead and tasted the food and as suspected, it was off. We informed the waitor, who called his manager Noreen. Noreen. Noreen smelled the food, told us it smelled like lamb and there was nothing wrong with it. We told her we were not going to eat it and to get us the bill. She did that and right after we paid, another manager (Alois) came by, tried to find out what was going on and after hearing our complaint, he walked away. Just as we were getting up, the chef comes out and apologises profusely telling us that she forgot to add garlic to the dishes, hence the funny smell and taste. After her manager (Noreen) heard this, she decided she would re-imburse us. The following day, I called head office. They had the regional manager call me to try and sort out the issue. He (James) called me to get my side of the story and promised to get back to me after a day. I'M STILL WAITING!</p>
