Primo Canal walk

In all honesty, I think some Primi staff take it upon themselves to look at people and class people according to the way they look. My sister and I often come here for the same Primo Grande and a chocolate Brownie, it's always tasted so good until today. We were served by a lady by the name of Memory who couldn't have been less interested in the way she served us, even the desert was served with teas****s as if we don't know that dessert s****s exist. All I'm saying is that people should be trained to treat their customers fairly regardless of how they might look at them and perceive them. My money is just as good as the next persons, so the treatment should be equally the same.
