Primi Piatti Table View

On Thursday, 17 Dec 7 friends and I went to Primi Piatti Table View for a very special occasion. We started with ****tails. Firstly they brought us the wrong ****tails which we returned. Then the evening went from bad to worse. They did not have beef carpacio. The burgers were small and dry and we are still waiting for the cheese sauce, the folded pizza was burnt, when this was explained to the waiter he just stood there and stared at us. We s****ped off the burnt crust, the waiter didn't say a thing. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and when the reason for the slow service was asked the waiter (who may in fact have been a manager) explained that they were busy but he has been in this business for years and waiting a half hour to 45 minutes is acceptable, he made us feel like we had no right to complain, like it was our fault. This used to be one of our favourite restaurants and we frequented there often. Never again.
