Primi Piatti Gateway Cancelled Uber order 1 hour later and didn't answer phone.

Ordered from Primi Piatti Gateway last night through Uber Eats. The time of arrival extended repeatedly. We called them multiple times, it was picked up but no one spoke on the other end alternatively the line was busy. The most upsetting part was that they cancelled the order about 1 hour later. Which is ridiculous because you cannot cancel an order on uber eats and order elsewhere until the restaurant cancels the order. 1 hour was far too long for them to have cancelled the order due to a delay in finding an Uber Driver. By the time they cancelled the order most restaurant kitchens had closed or were closing.
