Primi Piatti Blue Route is ****

I used UberEats to pick up an order from Primi Blue Route which took 2.5 hours to arrive. During the process I kept calling Primi and spoke to the manager "Alan" I think was his name. He kept assuring me that the food I would receive would be tip top. When the food arrived it was cold and not in good order. I sent it back with the driver. I spoke to the manager again and told him I want a new meal sent out which he refused. By this point I was fuming. This manager also could do with some customer relations training and he was just plain rude. I had no meal and completely out of pocket because I had already paid. I will no longer support Primi and will go on all social media platforms describing how I had been treated.
