Primi in Canal Walk is a joke.

My wife and I decided to go to Primi in Canal Walk, the food was fairly good but the service was absolutely shocking and a couple of things stood out for us. Firstly, I think they should just close the doors and go work at a KFC where they give the clients the meals in prepacked bags over a counter. You ask what non-alcoholic beer they have and they say only Becks. Becks, really, with all of the local beers available that is all you serve, then you order poppers starter, a broccoli dish, and a pizza. They bring the Pizza first then the broccoli and poppers together never mind the normal order of things. The staff look on and let one of the clients change the baby's nappy right there at the table on the floor, they could not tell the client that is not appropriate at all. Well, I take it it is acceptable for the staff. They don't clean the tables until a client comes and stands at the table and then wipe an unoccupied table while the clients are standing at their table waiting for the table to be cleaned first. We had three different waiters at our table, I don't believe the staff or the manager if there is one knows what the hell is going on. The interaction with the waiters are so dull, there is no sense of customer service in any shape or form, they are there to give you what you ordered with the least amount of effort and take your money. With the Covid restriction, the way they are you would think these businesses are stepping up their game but not these jokers. Never again will I step into that place again so don't even bother asking me to come and enjoy a free meal. Sort your processes, staff, and managment out.
