Primi Canal Walk never again!

Terrible customer service. While waiting for our order we asked for our bread- the manager says that they are out of bread and complementary (in other words if you don’t get so what you aren’t paying). Food eventually arrives and it’s tasteless- when the waitron walked past and we told him about the terrible food- he then said “sorry about that” and WALKED AWAY! If the manager has such a terrible attitude how does one expect any different from her staff? It’s 21:22- they have closed the doors and are packing up around us while the manager sips her ****tail/mocktail at the bar! Never again will I be visiting the Canal walk branch
