Primi awful steak

recently visited primi at canal walk and ordered the porcini steak , to go with my red wine , it was undoubtedly one of the worst toughest steak i have had in 40 years , i told the lady manageress on duty, and sent it back , i asked her to get te kitchen staff to try it, she agreed that they said it was tough , she offered me a cappachino , which i declined as it would not compliment my red wine . i requested the bill , paid in full and left . i then e mailed primi H/O so they could investigate , 10 days later , not even an acknowledgement of my e mail . Do Primi care about a customer experience ?? you decide .
