Poor service at Primi Cape Town international airp

My friend and I went to Primi to have a quick breakfast. I ordered cake and a drink and my friend ordered coffe and breakfast. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to bring the order and after that long wait, the food was not even ready! The waitress brought the drinks and the bill without the breakfast! This was incredibly frustrating and wasted time. This kind of service is unacceptable. We could not wait for the food as it was time to board the flight. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone
