Poor service and unhygienic conditions

<p>Not impressed with this establishment. Another, like so many of South African establishments, lacking in taking pride in themselves. I spoke to manager about their standard of food (greasy and upappetizing/ cleanliness (greasy plates, flithy glasses. She, the manager, as they all and always do... and never doing anything about a complaint, apologized and claimed that the lack in quality is not always like it was today. I say **** excuse!!! Never forget: You are rendering a service, your food is not cheap, we have to pay for such **** food/service.</p> <p>Patrons, always check your bill. Waitress charged me twice for her mistake. I told her that I was not prepared to pay for her mistake.</p> <p>NOT IMPRESSED!!! FIX IT!</p>
