POOR SERVICE AND

Dear Sir or Madam<br> <br> My wife and I went to Prima Piatti last night (09/02/2016) .We order drinks but at the same time I took an other candle from the table next to me .So we had two candles on the table.<br> The food arrived everything was okay but when my wife lifted her salad the GREEN BIG FLY (Brommer) pops up . We called the waiter. Her word to my wife \ this definitely happened here and not in the kitchen \" with attitude .She called the manager .<br> The manager did refund the food on the invoices but she wanted to offer us coffee as smoother to keep us happy. My wife and I left PRIMI PIATTI STILL hungry .
