Poor Excuse for service delivery

<p>We were a group of 15 guests that went to eat out at the Primi Piatti (Life style Gardens)... The waiter allocated to us could not manage to serve us, everything went wrong.. the drinks, food were late. My dad complained to the manager about the meals been cold , the manger just laughed at him saying their kitchen is falling apart .... The funny thing is that they were not busy at all.. THE STANDARDS ARE REALLY FALLING & THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SINCE YOU CHARGED PREMIUM RATES FOR BAD SERVICE AND PPOR QUALITY OF FOOD !!</p> <p>TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED :(</p>
