Pathetic service Primi Piatti Blouberg

Disgusting customer service from Primi Piatti Blouberg beach front. The service was pathetic from the waitress to the manager. I reported my dissatisfaction to the manager and highlighted that the waitress was hostile and didn’t even bother checking on us throughout our time at the restaurant. It took 15 minutes to even get a glass of water and even longer to get our drinks and food. The restaurant wasn’t full, therefore it didn’t make sense why the service was so poor. The manager offered to cover our drinks for us not to post this incident on hellopeter but when the bill came he changed his mind and said he is only covering 1 drink. We paid the bill and left the matter as is because it is clear Primi Piatti does not care for customer service and correcting errors on their part.
