Outstanding Service Delivery

Primi Melrose Arch: Hello, We reserved most of the upstairs area for Friday night, 17th June 2026, for our party of app 30 people for a celebration for some overseas family. From start to finish we received exceptional support and willingness from both the managers (day and night managers). The day manager knocked off at 3pm, but stayed till after 9pm to assist and ensure everything went smoothly. Between the 2 managers, the 2 female and 1 male waiters that attended to us, the service was absolutely outstanding. At least 2 of them, and 1 manager, were permanently stationed upstairs to ensure consistent availability. Under the pressure, They were friendly and professional. I must admit, it was no easy task, especially since there were some separate bills, but overall even with all the stress they were under, they handled the crowd, the orders and the interactions ever so well. They were super amazing. Well done, and A BIG thank you for making our event and evening with our families a successful one. We will book with you guys regularly going forward. Trevor
