Non payment of rent or services

I'm a retired man who rented out my house in Rivonia Woods to Mitchell Short ***) the owner of Primi Piatti ***) in Irene Mall in Pretoria. Since taking occupation of my house in April 2015 he has not paid me any rent for neither April nor May 2015. I have sent him countless SMS's, What's App messages, phoned him numerous times on both his cell and Primi Piatti's land line but he gets his staff to say he is not in. I depend on this rent to be able to live as I don't receive any government pension.<br> When I met him and interviewed him for the first time he told me he owned Primi Piatti in Irene Mall. I even went and met with him at his restaurant. The fact that he owned a supposedly reputable company restaurant such as Primi Piatti in a relatively new mall set my mind at ease about his trustworthiness so I did not do a credit check. How wrong I was cause he's turned out to be quite the opposite. His electricity bill for the month of April 2015 is R8 500 which he hasn't paid either.<br> If this is the kind of person he is you can be sure that the quality of the food that he serves at his restaurant, Primi Piatti, in the Irene Mall is very questionable.
