Missing Manager

<p>We went to Primi in Tokai yesterday. Our waitress that served us was very nice, I have no complaints about her. However, the food was another story. Firstly, we ordered the Cheese Ringer burger. When it came it had no cheese and no onion rings, which is a simple mistake and easily remedied, so no worries. The waitress took it back to have the missing ingredients added, but when it came back, it looked like slap dash work and the onion rings were missing batter. Secondly we ordered Avocado E Limone with extra bacon. There was big pieces of fat instead of bacon and it looked slightly uncooked. At this point the waitress went to call the manager, who then sent another waitress to ask if we wanted the bacon to be replaced. If the manager is busy, that is understandable, but at no point during our meal did the manager even come and check up on us. We ate our meals (one without half the bacon, which I was still charged for) and still tipped the waitress well, because this was not her fault. At no point did I get unpleasant or raise my voice, but maybe that was my downfall? When people get rude they get a response, but that's not how I like to do things...it was just an all round bad experience and I don't recommend the place </p>
