manger is rude

I ordered breakfast from Primi in Cavendish hoping to enjoy the meal.

I went online to see the breakfast menu, on the menu i chose the Urban Run which coat R49.00 but i wanted my eggs scrambled. On the menu it did not statue if i would be paying extra money if i wanted my eggs scrambled, nevertheless , i ordered and picked up my food and when it come to paying i was charged R52,00 when ordering it stated R49.00 NOT R52.00 on the menu. the lady then said it would be R3.00 extra with scrambled eggs. i refused to pay and then she called the store manager (Muneer) i then explained to the store manager(Munner) and he ask me who did i speak to the lady rep**** it was her(waiter) ,then the store manager(Munner) said then you will have to pay for it (the waiter),with an ATTITUDE which i finded unnecessary . the soter manager (Munner) is *********** AND RUDE... out of all time i have eaten at primi in Cavendish i have never had bad services with the store manager or the waiters....the store manager should go for customer training services
