Manager needs some social s****s

My husband and i visited the Gateway branch during Dec 16, and we both enjoy a good pasta. as fancy as the place may look, the service is decieving. the waitress had taken our order without informing us that the pasta is served al dente. when we informed her that it was too firm for us to enjoy she called the manager. instead of asking what our needs were, he instead decided to give us a lecture on how italians eat pasta which is al dente. we have been to many Italian restaurants both locally and nationally and none of the places prepared the pasta as firm as Primi. the manager even confirmed that there was a couple a few tables away who had complained about the same thing. taking into account that our complaint was not the only one on that particular evening, the manager should have at least told his staff to inform the customers of how the pasta is prepared. maybe give them a lecture and not the customer. when customers complain, try not to prove yourself by making the customers look stupid by telling them about how Italians eat , instead apologise and give them what they asked for. you brought my plate back to me and never came to ask if everything was ok.will never go back there again.
