Manager fit to be kitchen staff
As a Primi fan for the most part of my life. I find it sad to see a restaurant which prides itself on friendly witty intellectual staff dropped its standards so low.

I planned a day off and Primi was my choice for lunch. My wife, my four month old baby and I sat down for lunch the starters were as usual to my satisfaction.

However being a stunning day in Cape Town I requested with my waitron if she could seat me rather outside. She informed she will have to check and revert back to me. A few minutes later she confirmed that all was in order and that it wouldn't be a problem.

As I was about to be seated a manager (Jayme) arrived and informed me that he wouldn't be able to accommodate me and that I should take a two seater.

Now a would clearly be ok with this if I had made this request in a busy period but the store was maybe 40% capacity as it was close on to 4pm (I have photos of the restaurant at the time). To add insult to injury on the seats outside there were at least 3 empty tables and the others which were 6 seaters all had 2 people.

To sum up Primi has lost a client as its manager has no people skills pathetic customer relations and no idea about hospitality.
