KITCHEN DROPPING MANAGER

Went for a sun downer and nibble Sunday evening to Blouberg branch and expected, above average service in keeping with the venue and it's reputation. All went well until we ordered our main course and sat waiting and waiting. After an extended period of time the waiter needed to be summonsed as we were just being passed by. She promptly informed us that she has asked the manager for assistance already. Upon my second request a period of time later, the manager promptly arrived and his attitude and professionalism was beyond reproach. Full marks to him for facing the problem. A few minutes later the food arrived only to find that two of the dishes where piping hot and delicious and the other was cold and dried out. The manager was once again very apologetic and handled the manner correctly, but so much time had passed since our arrival that we ended up leaving without supper as it was just taking forever.
