Insulted and harassed by a car guard wearing Primi uniform in table view

Yesterday, the 13th of October I arrived at the parking area in front of the Primi entrance in table view. As I was looking around for parking, a car guard wearing Primi uniform approaches me and asks if I'm going to news cafe or Primi. I tell him I'm going neither. In a harsh voice he points me to another parking area. At this point I don't feel like drama and I've delt with the same gentleman before and he is damn rude. I went to the parking area he was pointing me to.

I get to that area, as I locate a spot to park another car guard also wearing Primi uniform addresses me in a very rude manner as to where I must park. He kept asking why I'm parking where I'm parking and kept reprimanding me as to where I park. There was a bakkie driving behind me, and the gentleman driving the bakkie parked where he wanted without being rudely told what to do. At this point I lower my window and told this gentleman to stop speaking to me in this manner if he wants to get my attention. He starts knocking on the driver's window of my car, screaming and shouting and me that I must not talk to him like a small boy. At this point in furious because he has no right attacking me. I tell him to step away from my car and that I'm reporting him at Primi. He could not care less that I wanted to report him. I step out of my car, locked and started walking away. As I walked away he still kept on insulting me as to "who I think I am with my small car".

I immediately walk up stairs to Primi and stared asking a gentleman who works there about the terrible experience I just had outside with their car guard. He calls one of the floor managers. I explained to him what had happened and he told me that those car guards are not haired by Primi. At this point I find that very difficult to understand and couldn't care less about what he is saying because those car guards are wearing Primi uniform. At this point I'm very frustrated and furious at the response I'm getting and I asked the manager if he does not care at all that someone wearing their brand is harassing people at the parking lot. He just kept telling me that they don't work for Primi. So I ask him what are they going to do with this situation. He says they are going to go and talk to them. And I tell the manager that if something happens to my car I'm going to hold Primi accountable because that guy was carrying a stick of which at some point I thought he'd even hit me with.

I left the restaurant. When I was walking back to my car I see the same car guard next to my car. I walk up to Primi again and ask them if they delt with those gentleman. As this point another manager was called, he said his name is Michael. Michael advised that they called the two car guards and spoke to them. And I asked why they are still wearing their brand if they are not their people. He also advised that when the uniform gets old they give it to the car guards, but they do not work for Primi and are not in their payroll. I asked Michael the same question I asked the other manager as to how come they don't care that their brand is being put on the line and anything could have happened to me in the hands of someone wearing their brand. He carelessly told me that as he mentioned they don't work for Primi and if the situation happens again THAN ONLY will they confiscate the uniform. I found this statement very hard to believe that someone could get hurt or even worse by these gentlemen who wear their uniform, but it seems like someone else must complain for them to take the matter seriously. I was in total shock and I was told to go and report this at the police station because they did all they could and they have got customers to serve.

I thought I should bring this to your attention with the hope of someone taking action to this matter. I am totally disgusted by the type of people Primi chooses to hire. I am a tax paying South African citizen that can park anywhere I want, who was told by a non South African citizen wearing your brand (who I'm not sure even pays taxes) what I can and cannot do. Someone could get seriously hurt and your car guards could flee the country.
