How to cook pasta???

<p>I went out for Dinner at the Primi Piatti at Lifestyle Center in Rand Park Ridge. I ordered a pasta with Fiacchini. When I received pasta from kitchen it was all cut up into little pieces. Send pasta back called manager. He said they cook it and when they mix in sauce it breaks up??? Clearly overcooked. If you want to sell Italian food know how to make it!!!!! Primi quality going down the drain. Second time I've been unhappy with their food won't come back again
