Grey burger alert!! & out of order management!!

Im not why we cant be consistent especially in chain restaurants. After visiting the primi in table view today and im shocked and disappointed by the managers attitude and his lack of accountability. I ordered a beef burger and the meat was grey, i couldn't believe what it. The shape was extremely odd, it looked as though the mince was smashed together by hand, cooked in the microwave and put on the burger roll. After sending it back the manager came to us without checking the out the grey burger. He rather went on defense mode and gave my partner attitude instead of hearing us out properly. After receiving my second burger we told the manager that theres no flavour and all the garlic, chilli, salt and parm chesse made the burger edible. There is clearly a huge problem with the manager and some of the kitchen staff members because the table behind us had issues and a group of people that left the restaurant also were unhappy. PRIMI TABLEVIEW PLEASE SORT OUT THESE PROBLEMS, WE CANT HAVE BLAD GREY BURGERS, ATTITUDE FROM MANAGERS AND ALL THE EXCUSES BUT NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THE WAITERS DEALT WITH THE ISSUE ALOT BETTER THAN THEIR MANAGER. PS. THE WRONG SPICE ON A BURGER WONT CHANGE AND THE COLOUR AND THE LACK OF FLAVOUR. I have pictures if it can help the situation
