Faecal Matter in the Food ???????

My son , his wife , my aunt , my mom and myself went to Primi Piatti Caffe PE airport for a meal whilst waiting for their flight back to Holland . In the midst of the meal my son spat the food out of his mouth stating that the food tasted foul - when we smelled the food it smelled of faeces and we called the manager . He stated that all his food smelled like that and was absolutely unconcerned . The meal was paid for and the food that was spat out taken home so that we can take it to a lab for testing . In the meantime my son has arrived in Holland with a mouth full of ulcers so something must have been present in the food to cause such a reaction. So far , two phone calls to " management " and a review on their web-site has resulted in a reaction of " oh no " and nothing more . Any ideas of what to do next ?
