Disrespectful staff

My daughter and her friends went to Primi Blouberg yesterday for the springboks game and a nice day out with friends. when they arrived they were showed a table with only 6 seats when they reserved for 7. One of the friends told a guy who acted like the floor manager that they reserved for 7 and would be needing a bigger table or an extra table to be added. they were very calm and respectful about it as they just needed a bigger table. this guy got extremely rude and disrespectful and asked them where their manners are and asked a waiter to show them out. He was shouting and their faces and causing a scene when they didn't do anything. He even said that we're the customers and his the adult and we must respect him, but respect goes both ways. And even when being served, the food took forever to come and they forgot to the chips thay my daughter ordered. And when they needed napkins they asked atleast 5 different people including the guy from earlier but he just ignored them and shouted for a waiter to come help instead. Very bad experience and i am extremely disappointed as I love going to this primi but after yesterday my family and friends will be staying away.
