Disgusting service

I used to be a regular patron of Primi. I am however deeply saddened at the cold and rude treatment by staff recently. On Saturday night I had visited the canal walk restaurant only to be hosted by an extremely grumpy waitress Evelyn who got my order confused then rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out her mistake. She then argues and played a fierce guilt trip on me that she will get me the correct pizza but she will now have to pay for it. I reported the matter to one of the managers to whom I asked that I pay for the pizza and leave (even though I didn't eat it but was so put off by this treatment) upon which the waitress comes back and accuses me of calling her a **** instead of just saying it was a communication problem or apologizing. Furthermore in an unprofessional, condescending and rude manner she protests that the manager will now \save me". This is unacceptable service"
